KAE4-HA has an annual meeting in the spring of each year and four board meetings staggered throughout the calendar. Officers preside at the board meetings represented by District Board Members and Committee Chairs.   

Each district is represented by two District Board Members. District Board Members have a two year term and are elected in alternating years so that there is always senior and junior member from each district. Committee Chairs serve a one year term.
